This Privacy Policy describes how Stencil Computing Private Limited ("Stencil", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about visitors to stencilcomputing.com and users of our products, including Dynabase.
Stencil Computing is incorporated in India. Our registered office is Floor 19, C-001/A2, Sector 16B, Noida, UP 201301. CIN U62013UP2024PTC202403.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information collected through the Website only. It does not cover:
- Information collected through the Dynabase product (governed by the Dynabase Privacy Policy)
- Information collected by third parties whose services we link to from the Website
- Information you share with us through channels other than the Website (for example, in-person meetings)
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide. When you contact us, apply for a role, or sign up for our products, we receive the information you give us — typically your name, email address, company, and any details you choose to share in a message or attached CV.
- Information from your use of our website. Standard web logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited, timestamps), and cookie-based identifiers used for session management and analytics.
- Information from product use. When you use Dynabase, we collect data necessary to provide the service — account details, business data you enter, and operational telemetry. Specifics are governed by your product agreement.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to enquiries, applications, and other communications you initiate
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website
- Send you communications you have consented to receive (for example, newsletter or job-application status updates)
- Understand aggregate Website usage and improve content and performance
- Comply with applicable law and protect our rights and the rights of others
We do not use information collected through the Website to build advertising profiles, sell to data brokers, or train AI models.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit, access controls, and periodic security reviews. No method of internet transmission or storage is one hundred percent secure, but we treat the data you entrust to us with care.
7. Your rights as a Data Principal
Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable law, you have the following rights with respect to personal data we hold about you:
