This Policy applies to information collected through the Website only. It does not cover:

• Information collected through the Dynabase product (governed by the Dynabase Privacy Policy)
• Information collected by third parties whose services we link to from the Website
• Information you share with us through channels other than the Website (for example, in-person meetings)

We do not sell personal information.

• Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity
• Right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. International data transfers

We are based in India. Our service providers may be located in India or in other jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable law.

The Website is not directed at children under the age of eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please write to legal@stencilcomputing.com so we can delete it.

10. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or for longer where required by law. Job applications are retained for up to twelve months after a hiring decision unless you request earlier deletion.

Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable rules.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Website or, where appropriate, by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Policy.
